How your appointment is confirmed
30% advance to reserve
A 30% advance payment is required to reserve any consultation, course, workshop or retreat. No reservation is confirmed until the advance payment is received.
Send the screenshot
After payment, send the payment screenshot via WhatsApp. Your booking becomes confirmed only after the academy receives the screenshot and sends you a confirmation message.
International payments
International students and clients may pay securely through Wise. Payment instructions are provided after the consultation format, fee and date have been agreed.
Clear balance schedule
The confirmation message will state the appointment, total fee, advance received and the due date for the remaining balance.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Simple and reasonable
Please notify the academy as soon as possible if your plans change. This helps protect your payment while respecting time reserved exclusively for your appointment.
48+ hours before
Your advance may be moved once to another available consultation within three months, or refunded after any non-refundable payment charges.
24–48 hours before
Your advance may be moved once to another available consultation within three months. It is not refundable.
Less than 24 hours
The advance is not refundable or transferable. One rescheduling request may be considered for a genuine emergency, subject to availability.
If the academy changes a confirmed appointment: choose another suitable time or receive a full refund of payments made for that consultation.
