Ajay Sharma’s relationship with Vedic Astrology extends beyond the books he has studied and the techniques he has learned. For more than two decades, a substantial part of his life has been devoted to meditation, solitude, inner observation and the exploration of human consciousness.

From Astrology to Human Consciousness

Ajay Sharma has spent approximately 24 years exploring human consciousness through meditation, contemplation, solitude and sustained inner observation. Periods of solitude offered space to observe the subtler forces within human beings — desire, fear, attachment, ego, frustration, contradiction, obsession and unconscious behavioural patterns.

This inquiry gradually became inseparable from his study of Vedic Astrology. Alongside “What will happen?”, his work began asking:

• Why do certain patterns repeatedly appear in relationships, decisions and behaviour?
• What does the horoscope reveal about the psychological structure through which an individual experiences life?

These questions became the foundation of his approach to Psychological Vedic Astrology.

Early Astrological Study and Lal Kitab

Ajay Sharma had the opportunity to study and work for approximately three years under the guidance of Pandit G. D. Vashisht, known for his work in Lal Kitab astrology. This period introduced him to Lal Kitab methodology, traditional remedies and deeper dimensions of astrological practice.

His journey gradually moved beyond remedies and conventional interpretations toward the connections between planetary configurations, human psychology, behaviour, relationships and consciousness. This inquiry developed into his distinctive approach to Vedic Astrology.

Psychological Vedic Astrology

For Ajay Sharma, meaningful interpretation requires more than memorising planetary combinations and repeating interpretations from books. Traditional texts provide essential foundations; observation, contemplation, experience and an understanding of the human being bring those foundations into practice.

His work explores seven psychological dimensions through the horoscope:

A Psychological Vedic Astrology Consultation follows the same philosophy. It offers space to explore the psychological patterns reflected through an individual’s horoscope, including the seven dimensions central to Ajay Sharma’s work.

The discussion focuses on self-understanding, behavioural patterns and inner inquiry rather than a quick prediction or question-and-answer reading. Depending on the horoscope and discussion, a consultation commonly lasts approximately 60–90 minutes.

Teaching

Ajay Sharma teaches through the Academy’s structured Level 1 and Level 2 programs.

Level 1 — Foundation

The standard Level 1 Foundation Course is a 7-day program with 2 hours of live teaching daily — 14 hours in total. The emphasis is on genuine understanding, live horoscope examples and psychological interpretation rather than rote memorisation.

International fee for the standard Level 1 program: US$200.

Level 2 — Advanced Study

Level 2 develops the student’s interpretative ability further through the Academy’s existing advanced curriculum.

International fee: US$300.

Remedies

Where appropriate, Ajay Sharma’s approach may draw upon traditional Vedic and Lal Kitab perspectives, practical approaches and meditation-based practices. These are considered in the context of the individual’s circumstances, with an emphasis on awareness and responsible action.
